The basic rules of KAN Estate Agency's Quality Policy are as follows:

- quality concerns all our employees,
- improving the quality of services offered is a continuous process,
- every employee is aware of his duties, and he is directly responsible for the results of his work
We observe these rules by:
- constantly improving the qualifications of our employees, as it constitutes the essence of our agency's effectiveness,
